SECURITY APP
SafeCampus is an app that keeps students on college campuses safe from any sexual assault, harassment, or violence that can occur. This app was inspired by the amount of crime that is not investigated or reported on university campuses. 23 percent of sexual harassment crimes are not reported due to victims feeling shame or embarrassment.
Through the app, I wanted to create something that would help victims receive justice while forcing universities to take action and all legal precautions toward any incidents that are reported. SafeCampus can be used with ease on a smartphone, while also having the ability to link the app to an Apple Watch.
